Announcement Positions

Promoter

Descriptions

  • Provide all the needed information on promoted products and services
  • Assist customers in finding the suitable product they are looking for
  • Provide advice and guidance on product selection to customers
  • Build lasting relationships with customers by contacting them to follow up on purchases, suggest purchase options and invite them to upcoming events
  • Consistently seek new product knowledge to act as an expert for the customer
  • Present products using interactive materials such as videos, charts, slideshows etc.
  • Arrange merchandise to look tidy and attractive to customers
  • Disseminate product samples, brochures, flyers etc.
  • Engage with customer and discover their wants and needs 
  • Submit daily sales report through the company sales app
  • Other tasks to be assigned by superior.
  • To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and ID card

Requirements

  • 1 year experience as a Promoter

Receptionist

Descriptions

  • Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing them to concerned person
  • Serve coffee or tea for potential visitors
  • Checking the cleanliness at reception area
  • Key in cars and motorbikes
  • Issued telephone cards and making report
  • Issued fuel cards and making report
  • Key in Container and Public Holiday (OT)
  • Help A/P to issued cheques to suppliers (Wednesdays and Fridays)

Account Payable Assistant

Descriptions

  • Prepare daily payment (POB)
  • Control petty cash (POB
  • Daily issue debit note and recording to system
  • Control payment claim
  • Expense claim reconciliation
  • Product monthly payment claim report

AR Assistant

Descriptions

  • To call customers for payment and conduct follow-ups when necessary (Sales 056, Sales 059 and Sales 072 )
  • To prepare & print customers’ Statement of Account, send out by mail & e-mail.
  • To resolve issues involving customers such as when there are errors with invoices, etc.
  • To prepare and print statements of accounts for Collectors
  • Other tasks to be assigned by superior.
  • To report for duty punctually, dressed in appropriate attire and wear Employee ID card
  •  Display good personal appearance and maintain a high level of hygiene
  • To conduct duties in a friendly, courteous and professional manner at all times
  • To have a good working relationships with all colleagues

Requirements

Marketing Supervisor

Descriptions

  • Lead in the implementation of marketing plan and evaluate results.
  • Assist and support marketing manager to achieve the target.
  • Coordinate with the relevant team to implement the marketing and promotion plan, according to store promotions and promotional programs.
  • Keep effective control of budgets from suppliers.
  • Develop marketing plan for the assigned products for implementation and evaluate the affectivity of the plan.
  • Lead, train and monitor marketing representatives in the compliance of their work plans and work standards.
  • Coordinate marketing campaign and activities within marketing department.
  • Manage sale materials and POSM gift production and deliver by the assigned timeline.
  • Managing the production of promotional material.
  • Create seasonal event for existing customers to enhance relationship between customer and company.
  • Oversee on digital traffic, create and maintenance social media content and campaign on company digital platforms.
  • Sell products in some events as needed.
  • Liaison with agency to work on event planning with flexible concept to support sale department.
  • Controlling and preparing budget need to claim back from suppliers.
  • Other tasks to be assigned by superior.

Tax Assistant

Descriptions

  • Checking Credit Note of VAT customers and  submitting with EVAT form
  • Tax On Salary on Resident Employee (Cash collection of tax on Salary)
  • Go to Bank for submitting Tax Payment
  • Data entry Purchase import  By Container
  • Data Entry of  Local Purchase by Suppliers & Type
  • Checking VAT Invoices with AR Team (Exchange rate, Form & Meat)
  • Other task assign by Manager
  • To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and ID card
  • To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene

Sales Representative

Descriptions

  • Improve the trade penetration and market development
  • Product listing, trade negotiation and follow up activities in store
  • Take care of merchandising and display areas
  • Build a good relationship with customers.
  • Monitor the stock and replenishment.

  • Submit weekly report to MSS upon request.
