Announcement Positions

Marketing Manager


  • Developing and implementing strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services
  • Promoting property through marketing initiatives, and maintaining social media presence at property level and at a corporate level
  • Updating knowledge of sales related include updating and managing social media profiles with new ideas to achieve sales target 
  • Maintaining accurate information on company website, and designing promotional web landing pages to track effectiveness of other marketing initiatives
  • Managing with all suppliers with 3 quotes , contacting venue company to set up event for sales purpose and exposure
  • Able to work on weekend or late night to help up event venue with contractors 
  • Drafting press releases, representing the company to media outlets, developing annual forecasts, and seeking to minimize marketing expenses
  • Managing overall sales and marketing activities that include market research, sales presentations, analysis of sales and marketing trend, and advertising and marketing promotional events.
  • Providing monthly report on Marketing performance 



  • Bachelor degree in related field;
  • Good English (Writing /Speaking), ability to speak Chinese is preferable;
  • At least 2 years experience in Marketing Real estate sector;
  • Be able to work at field/project site.

Senior Property Manager


  • To plan and implement quality property management in the projects you will be overseeing;
  • To provide day-to-day management of the gated community projects and ensure that the company’s reputation as quality home developer is maintained and enhanced over time;
  • To supervise and monitor operations and to coordinate with technical teams for efficient services to residents, maintenance of the common areas and running of the project facilities;
  • To comply with the company’s anti-fraud policies or company rules for financial compliance;
  • To ensure that operating procedures for each project run efficiently in relation to cleaning, security, fire safety, waste collection, maintenance of common areas or services in facilities;
  • To anticipate and identify potential problem areas in each project, recommend improvement plans to maximize the efficiency of the management system and keep costs under control;
  • To maintain and develop good relations with owners, tenants and also service providers;
  • To carry out any other duty or investigation as required by the upper management level;
  • To monitor new regulations or announcements from government and public authorities;
  • To facilitate the collection of the management fees on a timely basis, relay the necessary information to owners and tenants, ensure that the rules and regulations apply all times;
  • To survey competitors’ practices, assess the satisfaction of owners and tenants over time.
  • To monitor, control and organize all staff works and to be responsible for the actions of such staff in addition to ensuring that staff rosters and all public holidays are adequately covered;
  • To regularly inspect the works, control and ensure projects are run in professional manner;
  • To monitor and review the operations of internal staff or third parties providing services such as cleaning, security, landscaping, safety audit or repairs etc. as the project may require as well as to ensure that those services are performed satisfactorily as agreed to, in the employment contracts or service agreements, and at the cost quoted from the third parties;
  • To liaise with technical teams regularly to ensure safe and efficient operations in projects;
  • To monitor and pre-review all purchase orders (PO), work order (WO) and purchase request forms (PR) generated concerning the project before any submission to financial departments;
  • To ensure the smooth daily operations and services to each project including pedestrian and vehicle access, cleanness and hygiene practices, rules or regulations for house renovations;
  • To liaise directly with owners and tenants to handle on-site practical issues and to deal with any problem that may require approval from the upper management level and ensure good communication among communities, neighborhood, local authorities and other third parties;
  • To maintain an accurate up-to-date flow of information and coordinate the preparation of reporting documents related to operations, services, expenses and accounting matters;
  • To be reasonably available on call, out of office hours, in case of an emergency incident.


  • Male or Female, minimum 30 years old, Cambodian national is preferred for this position;
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in business, engineering, real estate or any related field;
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in property, residential, hotel, resort or estate management;
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, mindful for the quality of property services;
  • Good command of Khmer and English, both verbal and written, empathy and proactivity;
  • Able to work with a care across different projects, good analytical and interpersonal skills;
  • Good leadership and ability to liaise with different departments, excellent problem solving;
  • Understanding of Cambodia’s property market, local practices, buyers’ goals / motivations



  • Preparing cash receipts, cheque payments, cash payments, fund transfer and journal vouchers;
  • Preparing, processing, releasing payments for the Suppliers and Contractors.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly cash and bank summary reports
  • Preparing monthly cash books and cheque advance reports
  • Preparing monthly tax declaration to General Department of Taxation
  • Maintaining fix asset listing and properly record into system as monthly basis
  • Analyzing daily transactions and recording into Xero System
  • Proper maintaining accounting documents to ensure that all the Payments, Receipts and Journal Vouchers are supported by sufficient and appropriate documents.
  • Scanning all payments and uploading into Accounting System (Xero System)


  • A Bachelor degree in Accounting or related field;
  • One year (or more) working experience in accounting field, and working experience in real estate /construction field is a plus;
  • Be able to communicate in English
  • Be able to work under pressure, honest and good at working as team

Account Receivable Accountant



  • Daily checking payment schedules to ensure the customer pay on time in accordance with the payment schedule;
  • Calling, messaging and emailing to follow up the payment with Customers;
  • Issuing Invoices, Booking Slips or Receipts and collecting payments from the Customers;
  • Preparing payment schedule for customers.


  • Verifying the validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from Sales Department;
  • Updating to sale staffs for any Customers who are late for the payments.

Daily Report

  • Preparing daily cash receipt and sale reports, and report to President, Accounting Department, Legal Department, Sales Department and persons in charge;
  • Filing Sale and Purchase Agreements;
  • Following up the payment with the Customers;
  • Recording and processing of accounting transactions in Accounting System (Xero system);
  • Other tasks assigned by Accounting Manager and Supervisor.

Monthly Works

  • Prepare weekly and monthly all sale report
  • Prepare weekly accounting report
  • Prepare weekly and monthly account receivable aging report
  • Prepare other income report which is not later than 2nd day of the following month
  • Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.


  • A Bachelor degree in Accounting, fresh graduated students are encouraged to apply;
  • One year (or more) working experience in accounting field, and working experience in real estate /construction field is a plus;
  • Be able to communicate in English
  • Be able to work under pressure and good at working as team

Legal Officer


SPA and Legal Processing:

  • Draft Sale and Purchase Agreement(SPA) and preparing for customer execution;
  • SPA managing, report, record and archive (both hard and soft copies);
  • Explain Sale Team regarding SPA Terms and Conditions, Land Title Transfer Process and others;
  • Translate English to Khmer and vice versa 

Business and Marketing Operation Assisting:

  • Assist Legal Manager by making appointment to meet and consult with customers related to SPA terms and conditions, Loan Agreement and other banks issues, Developer Profile or other issues occurred;

Customer Consulting:

  • Meet and consult with customers related to SPA terms and conditions, Developer Profile, Land Title Transfer processing;
  • Tackle and deal with customer's issues arising during or after SPA;
  • Assist to follow up and/or deal with customers;
  • Notify or make appointment with customer in case of land title deed handover or land title transferring or the event of default occurring


  • Having a Bachelor Degree, a bachelor degree in Law is a plus;
  • Be able to work at the weekend;
  • Fluent English, both speaking and writing
  • Good computer skill, specially MS Office
  • Good personality and communication skill 

Digital Marketing Officer


  • Handle the digital marketing such as managing Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, LinkedIn and website.
  • Editing video and artwork for promotion and display;
  • Developing the creative contents related to Creed Group’s products (social media)
  • Developing and leading contents to produce advertising video
  • Doing Digital Report Performance Checking
  • Working closely with sales team in order to identify the potential target customers
  • Performing other duties as assigned by Marketing Management Team.


  • A Bachelor degree in Marketing or related field;
  • One year (or more) working experience in marketing field, and working experience in real estate /construction field is a plus;
  • Be able to edit video and artwork for promotion and display
  • Be able to communicate in English
  • Be able to work under pressure, honest and good at working as team
