years in business analysis or a related field in insurance industry

Work with
development team to determine the feasible solutions for business needs
Gather relevant
data, monitor, evaluate and make data driven recommendations to improve the
business process through digital solutions to keep user experience at its best
Review test
cases and result of QA team to ensure testing coverage and quality
Support Product
Owner and Change leads to UAT and training
Perform user
acceptance test
Lead ongoing
review of business process and develop optimization strategies through digital
solutions
Stay up to date
on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems
