Sales Team Leader-Rental

Job Description

Moreover, we are dedicated to offering our clients human resource solutions in the most efficient way to achieve the desired result. 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets set by the company.
  • 20 – 30 quality cold call and invite 2 targeted customers to visit showroom then test drive per day.
  • Build up good brand image of the company and product in the market.
  • Understand customer needs and offers solutions and support
  • Supervise sales representatives and assistants
  • Answer potential customer questions and follow up call question
  • Manage existing customer relationship to maintain and generate new sales.
  • Work closely with other teams to archive targets.
  • Report market situation, customer complaints and competitor activities to Head of Sales
  • Build good relationship with customers for resales and referral.
  • To attend social events and engagement activities to build brands and sales opportunity.
  • Work with sales team when closing sales
  • Meet all sales quotas and goals
  • Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance
  • Other tasks assigned by line management.

Skills and Specification

  • Gender: Female and Male/Age 32-35
  • Experience at least 2-3 years with car rental
  • Can work under pressure
  • Excellent communication 
  • Team player, initiative, friendly, fresh and service oriented
  • Good command of both spoken and written English
  • Knowledge of computer  Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Build good working relationship
