Covenant Ltd. is an accounting, audit, and advisory firm, registered with the Kampuchea Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Auditors (KICPAA), and affiliated with a larger premier international accounting and advisory network with offices in almost every major city in the world and that is part of the Forum of Firms (FOF), an association of the world’s leading accounting firms that perform audits of financial statements that are or may be used across national borders.  Being committed to the FOF, we subscribe to the International Standards of Quality Control (ISQC) in providing the consistent and high-quality standards of financial auditing and reporting as expected of its members.  This in turn ensures that our clients obtain outstanding quality in the delivery of our professional services. We in the process of changing our company name from Covenant Ltd. to PKF Covenant Co., Ltd. effective by 1 August 2022. PKF Covenant Co., Ltd. is a member firm of PKF International.

Our office in Cambodia is helmed by a team of vibrant and dynamic service-oriented individuals who have had in-depth experience in international and local accounting, audit, and taxation practices, and practical exposure in fields of consulting, management, and business operations.
