Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree of Human Resource/ Business Administration
  • At least 2 experience in recruitment
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Very good at computer Microsoft office

  • Good in English.

Procurement Manager (F&B)

Descriptions

  • Obtain the competitive quotations for required goods and services and ensure that the best products are sourced and purchased by using nominated suppliers where applicable or the approved supplier
  • Consolidate the purchase requests regularly in order to source with big volume for better deal with the suppliers especially for the printing items, general store items and operating equipment plus the dried food store items
  • Review the purchase requests considering issues such as lead times, standardization, quantity and discounts
  • Manage and ensure database of active nominated contract and supplier information are kept and updated
  • Develop and maintain the purchasing schedule by considering the par stock, lead time and delivery
  • Engage in value analysis of current purchased goods in an effort to achieve the cost savings without sacrificing quality
  • Identify and select suppliers in the current approved suppliers list and conducting the supplier visits including supplier profile management
  • Ensure the timely preparation of purchase orders so that all approved purchase requests can be ordered and the goods can be delivered by the suppliers on the date needed and timely manner
  • Coordinate and liaise with the Head of Department on all matters relating to quality and reliability of delivery with respect to current and potential suppliers
  • Keep track of all outstanding purchase requests and purchase orders to ensure that goods are delivered on time
  • Prepare month end reports for purchase requests and purchase orders outstanding and status in an accurate and timely manner
  • Responsible for monitoring grades and quality of products to ensure that they meet the standards.
  • Adhere to quality procedures and standards and oversee purchasing administration to ensure the implementation of Policies and Procedures
  • Maintain close working relationship with other departments in order to minimize costs and maintain high quality of product and service
  • Perform others relevant duties that assigned by the management

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or Master degree in Accounting and Finance.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience of a large corporation in the field of Procurement & Purchasing
  • Honest, be able under pressure
  • Teamwork spirit
  • Chinese proficiency: Speaking, Reading, Writing, Listening
  • Knowledge of company’s rules, regulations and procedures
  • Knowledge of procurement laws, regulations and guidelines
  • Advanced level in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
  • Strong presentation, written communication, and report-writing skills in English and Khmer

Manufacturer Manager

Descriptions

  • Planning, implementing, coordination, and determining the optimal utilization of manufacturing workers and equipment to meet manufacturing goals and objectives
  • Managing the manufacturing stays on schedule and within budget
  • Coordination in manufacturing with Sales & Marketing, Finance & Account, and other departments as well as with vendors and shippers
  • Leading the manufacturing workers to produce the products with standards and internal quality requirements
  • Hire, train, and evaluate the manufacturing workers and monitor workers to ensure they meet the standard performance and safety requirements.
  • Analyse the manufacturing data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Identify and utilize methods of making manufacturing process more efficient and effective.
  • Write the manufacturing reports and present to top management.
  • Coordination all corrective actions of any manufacturing problems that may arise and work with management in development and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Assisting the team and management when needed.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and previous construction knowledge are desired
  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration and industrial engineering and other related degree are required
  • Strong organizational and managerial skills are required
  • Must have demonstrated ability to lead a diverse team of manufacturing workers
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well with people at all levels
  • Some training experience such as manufacturing tools, techniques, standards, and regulations will also be helpful
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Must be familiar with Microsoft office
  • Ability to perform the multi-task and meet deadlines.

Descriptions

  • Designing Artwork (Print Media, Digital Media and Broadcasting Media)
  • Designing Artwork Master-plan of Amory Co
  • Working with the Marketing Manager to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job;
  • Interpreting business needs and developing a concept to suit promotion purpose;
  • Estimating the time required to complete the work;
  • Developing design briefs by gathering information and data through research;
  • Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts;
  • Using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time;
  • Presenting finalized ideas and concepts to management team;
  • Working with a wide range of media, including photography and computer-aided design (CAD);
  • Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work;
  • Contributing ideas and design artwork to the overall brief;
  • Keeping abreast of emerging technologies in new media (particularly design programs such as Quark Xpress, Freehand, Illustrator, Photoshop, 3D Studio, Acrobat, Director, Dreamweaver and Flash) as most graphic design work is now completed on a computer;
  • Keeping up-to-date knowledge on relevant company products, and preform other tasks as required by management team.
