Stock Coordinator

ATEC* is an award-winning social enterprise that produces, sells and services pre-fabricated biodigesters for rural farming families. The system is designed to convert animal manure as well as human, kitchen, and green waste into biogas for cooking & organic high-quality fertiliser for farming. To date over 1,400 units have been installed.

Our unique selling proposition is a high quality, high-value biodigester package with exceptional after-sales service. Compared to other biodigesters ATEC’s system has evolved to meet today’s customer requirements: It can be installed in areas with seasonal flooding, it can be moved and it can be resold as an asset. The installation takes just 2-3 hours.

At 30 staff, ATEC* is now entering the next exciting phase of expanding this technology across Cambodia and is growing the team to support this expansion.

Announcement Positions

Stock Coordinator

Descriptions

The Stock Coordinator will be responsible to track and manage the stock levels of ATEC’s product, supplies, equipment and other materials related to ATEC* Biodigester at both ATEC’s warehouse and Consignee locations. This role will report to Finance Director.

The role will also arrange and coordinate transportation of ATEC products to our Consignee network across Cambodia. 

  • Track and manage stock-in and stock-out register, ensuring correct and consistently kept up-to-date
  • Coordinate Biodigester delivery from supplier, travelling to ATEC’s warehouse to receive stock deliveries
  • Conduct inspection of all supplies, services and equipment purchased, ensuring compliance to specifications
  • Facilitate the transportation of products to consignee network
  • Ensure materials for any biodigester installation are available on time
  • Seek potential suppliers following ATEC’s procurement policy
  • Communicate, negotiate and recommend execution of contracts for the purchase of supplies, services equipment, and other materials
  • Send daily, weekly and monthly stock reports to management
  • Coordinate importation of stock with Agent/s when required (approximately 2 times per year)

Requirements

1. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  •  Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
  • Proven stock management skills
  • Good organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong budgeting and numerical skills

2. PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES: 

  • Passionate about supporting the development of rural Cambodia
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Results focused
  • Willing to continuously learn
  • Strong ethics (honest) and reliability
  • Strong English and Khmer communication skills (written and verbal)
