FH Cambodia is a non-profit humanitarian organization that equips communities to sustainably improve their way of life by walking with children, families, and leaders through a grassroots community transformation process. FH Cambodia is seeking for qualified Cambodian candidates  to fill in the positions of below.

Announcement Positions

Administration Manager (1 Position)


The Purpose of Position:

The Administration Manager is to provide leadership and supervision to FH Cambodia (FHC) administration team. This position oversees administrative responsibilities for all FH office operations in the Cambodia and to support programming  in the areas of facilities, logistics, procurement, and security.

Duties :

1. Key Result #1: Offices Management, Logistics and Assets 

  • Work closely with the fields to monitor their lease agreements to ensure that the office rental agreements and  contracts to continuing support the operations in the country;
  • Ensure that the offices facilities and equipment are a good environment and condition for effective working;
  • Work closely with FH Cambodia’s administration team and senior leaders to meet the established quality standards  for meetings, conferences, trainings and visitor while staying in Cambodia;
  • Ensure that all FH vehicles meet local regulations, well maintained, and drivers are trained;
  • Manage the vehicle movement and driver’s schedules to meet the needs of the program and office operations; and
  • Ensure the proper and appropriate documentation of vehicles, such as repairs and servicing, insurances, log books, registration/license, etc.

2. Key Result #2: Procurement management 

  •  Develop annual procurement plans and making sure it is reviewed/ revised on a monthly/ quarterly manner, working  closely with programs and finance teams for budget requirements;
  •  Develop and maintain, in close collaboration with the finance team, an inventory database (assets and stocks), manage vendor agreements, and prepare analytical reports as needed or required;
  • Develop system and process for procurement, supply chain and logistics to ensure smooth delivery of products and program services at the field level
  • Oversee procurement activities and ensure they meet FH procurement policies and procedures as well as government standards
  • Develop/ Update country procurement manual and processes and ensure they are aligned with FH standards; and
  • Identify the areas for improving in the procurement process and provide recommendations for improvement.

3. Key Result #3 : Safety of Staff and Facilities 

  • Proactively monitor the safety of the offices (Country Office and Field Offices) in terms of fire, heavy wind, rain, theft, etc
  • Manage the guard company to provide good service and they are able to secure the building and gates;
  • Work closely with local fire code to ensure that all fire protection equipment/elements and fire accesses are in good condition, checked/tested regularly, and meet local regulations;
  • Submit monthly security updates, including incident reports. Provide timely verbal and written safety & security incident reports whenever they occur to the Country Director;
  • Support the CD to development, review, and roll out the country security plan, SOPs and pre-departure briefing;
  • Conduct periodic training for all staff to ensure that they understand and follow the country security plan, tools  and SOPs;
  • Ensure a security briefing is conducted with all visitors to Cambodia; and
  • Stay abreast of current issues, trends and changes in the security context of the country and neighboring countries so as to advise the Country Director.

4. Key Result #4: Staff management and development

  • Models leadership to all staff and strongly live out FH’s heartbeat;
  • Ensures appropriate duty of care provisions are in place for all staff and visitors, with particular attention paid  to security concerns;
  • Supervise Admin Officers, Logistics & Procurement Officer, and Admin Assistant in the effective and efficient implementation of their functions and areas of responsibility; and
  • Provide leadership and people management expertise in managing change initiatives within country such as Odoo System.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration from an accredited four-year college or university.
  • 3-5 years of experience in administration with NGOs or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Khmer and English

  • Excellent people skills including warmth and sensitivity, conversational, able to relate to and effectively communicate with people from different cultures (at various levels within the organization);
  • High integrity and a strong sense of professional ethics;
  • Able to self-manage a diverse and dynamic set of responsibilities, proactively solve problems and / or suggest viable solutions while advancing goals and objectives;
  • Demonstrated computer operating skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products, Google platform, and virtual technologies such as Skype and / or GoToMeeting;
  • Excellent organizational skills; ability to plan and coordinate work, ensure the efficient flow of projects and processes;
  • Strong people management skills / interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate, teach and mentor staff and  volunteers;
  • Comfortable and persuasive when speaking before both large and small groups;
  • Ability to interact positively with all levels of the organization and across organizational and cultural boundaries.
  • Medical fitness to live and travel in rural and urban areas with extreme conditions and limited medical support;

Driver (2 Positions)


This position is based in Trapeang Prasat District, Oddar Meanchey Province and Svay Leu District, Siem Reap Province.

The Purpose of Position:

This position is established in order to handle two functions of responsibilities for a project. One is to support the assigned office and staff in transportation services as asked by the Administration Officer in all areas when needed, so that activities are carried out smoothly, and another one is to assist Administration Officer with the day-to-day maintenance/repair for office building, equipment  and other facilities.


1. Key Result #1 : Driving Service

  • Ensure all correspondences in and out are accurately recorded in the logbook.
  • Driving vehicle as assigned by the Administration Officer Driving responsibly, following traffic direction and respecting established speed limits and any other internal regulations of the use of vehicles.
  • Keeping records in daily log sheet including the Kilometers for each day.
  • Report of any requirement for maintenance to the supervisor.
  • Daily checking for problems of the vehicle. Routine vehicle checks including: Tires pressures, Radiator, Battery, Engine, Brake and clutch oil prior beginning of the day.
  • Ensure that the tank is filled prior to departure and at the end of each day.
  • Follow the safe driving practice to ensure the safety of the Passengers and the vehicle.
  • Assist Passengers load and unload the luggage or equipment.
  • Keep the vehicle clean all the time.

2. Key Result #2 Office maintenance and services

  • Ensure that all electrical system is well functioning. Immediately fix any unusual qualities/defects and appearances. As soon as possible, respond to any requests made by supervisor related to any electrical system/equipment or  appliances issues.
  • Assist Admin Officer in physical count of all assets in offices.
  • Generator needs to be well maintained according to its instruction such as changing oil every 300 running hours etc.
  • Filing documents and copies documents
  • Change or fix immediately for any minor crack, leakages, broken ceilings, etc.
  • Insure that all plumbing system and water channel are in good working condition.
  • All gates, doors, windows, etc. are always in good condition.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor.


  • BAC II or an equivalent education are preferred.
  • 2-3 years’ experience working in Driving with NGOs and office Assistant are preferred

  • Excellent mechanical skills for vehicle maintenance;
  • Familiarity with local conditions and geography.
  • Ability to understand and communicate in English is prefer.
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively.
  • Demonstrate honesty and integrity, and commitment to a high standard of accountability.
  • Ability to foster and maintain a spirit of unity, teamwork and cooperation.
  • Sensitivity in working with multiple culture and beliefs and to gender equity Patient attitude in performing various types  of handy services.
  • Driving ability with records of safe driving practice.
  • Valid Cambodian driving license
  • Ability in driving on rough rural road as well as city road.
  • Ability in early detecting vehicle s' problems.
  • Ability in maintenance the vehicles.
