Our client is an innovative agrochemical products brand. We are mainly selling full range of pesticide, such as insecticide, fungicide, herbicide and PGR. We are looking for a Country Sales Manager to oversee Cambodian sales team, local distribution partners and sales operations of the local business unit.
Design sales strategy and set goals
Form up sales team and allocate each salesperson specific sales assignment and sales areas
Design distribution partners policies
Find collaborate distribution partners
Set up promotion and demonstration programs
Control budgets and optimize expenses
Ensure employees are motivated and productive
Oversee day-to-day sales operations
Monitoring sales data from every channel around the country
Design strategy and set goals for growth
Set policies and processes
Constantly collect marketing information and generate market trend reports
Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
Oversee recruitment and training of new salesperson
Direct the sales team assessment process
Prepare regular sales reports for upper management
Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
Provide solutions to issues (e.g. sales decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)
Proven experience as a Sales Manager in agrochemical industry or similar role.
Understand Cambodian agrochemical market and structure of the industry.
Experience in planning and budgeting
Knowledge of sales process and functions
Strong analytical ability
Excellent communication skills
Organizational and leadership skills
Be able to speak fluently and write accurately in English or Mandarin
