Announcement Positions

Admin Officer

Descriptions

  • Maintain safe and clean area of office by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Handle petty cash and office expense
  • Office's exepand such as EDC, Water supply etc…
  • Handle fix asset & stationary management
  • Perform and ensure documents are properly filling, managing, and easy for data retrieving.
  • Handle purchasing office supplies and equipment maintenance
  • Maintenance of the office building and other facilities in the organization
  • Support all department regarding printing documents
  • Monitor attendant, leave record, finger print
  • Process NSSF document and payment
  • Security management, alarm system, access door, camera
  • Other tasks assigned by HR & Admin Supervisor

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent Knowledge of sales administration and reporting
  • At least 2 years working experience in Administration, plus human resource is priority
  • Strong organisation skills and results driven mind-set
  • Honest, motivated, and committed to deadline.
  • Good computer skills (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Highly developed organizational and planning skills, time management skills and written/oral communications skills.
  • Excellent command in English language (Speaking, Writing and Listening).

Personal Assistant of Managing Director (PA of MD)

Descriptions

As a Persanal Assistant of Managing Director, you will be responsib as below:

  • Read, filter incoming emails, reply to trivial requests, make phone calls on behalf of MD
  • Write correspondence letters and communicate with official government bodies in the appropriate level of courtesy and formality of language.
  • Collect rentals and other payables
  • Prepare, type and review contract
  • Assist in following-up daily operations, report about key activities and possible problems in all divisions
  • Oversee on-going projects, support site communication & reporting for the Design & Lighting divisions
  • Monitor time lines and activities, be ahead of schedules in order to advise and prepare administrative tasks/documents accordingly.
  • Take notes at meetings, type minutes, and follow-up meetings. Sort archives and arrange new filing as required
  • Represent the Managing Director in spirit, behavior and words with all third parties, both inside and outside the company businesses.
  • Other tasks assigned by Managing Director

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Smart but discreet person. Well educated, flexible and positive.
  • At least 1 year experience as secretary or Assistant at management level
  • Discretion, integrity, ability to speak both in a detailed and concise manner. Positive and hands on person.
  • Ability to filter information, synthetize things, memorize details.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, prioritize and work within timelines
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, Power point.
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written also Chinese language is preferable
  • Knowledge of design, architecture, construction, retail, management would be a key advantage

Sales Admin

Descriptions

  • Maintain customers’ database by inputting customer profile and updates
  • Keep record of project reports, sales proposals and sales orders; prepare monthly reports
  • Read and centralize Sales Reports, prepare weekly Sales Meeting: type meeting agenda and notes after meeting
  • Process and file accounting documents: quotations, invoices, delivery orders, receipt vouchers, etc.
  • File and keep record of discount policies, promotions and special agreements with customers
  • Resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history; identifying alternate means for filling orders; notifying both Sales and Warehouse managers
  • Support sales force by preparing and organizing samples and displays of products, prior and post sales visits
  • Arrange placement of samples inside the showroom, refill, and perform physical count on a weekly basis
  • Manage online interactions and answer customer queries from website or online messaging (Facebook, etc.)
  • Coordinate marketing activations and events for product launching,
  • Compile marketing and sales results in monthly reports to Operations Manager

  • Educational background in Sales, Marketing, Retail or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related experience

Retail Supervisor/Shop Supervisor

Descriptions

  • Supervise daily showroom operations, develop sales volume and maintain an active client portfolio
  • Introduce products to customers, would it be private residential owners, corporate clients or business owners
  • Manage, motivate and train new employees to product knowledge and sales skills
  • Supervise stock inventory, stock movement, ordering of materials, and items delivery to customers
  • Manage sales records, invoices, summary reports, and follow up on AR to ensure timely cash collection. Analyze the sales figures and forecast future sales
  • Propose and organize special promotions, displays, or events in order to increase sales volume
  • Advise on marketing and communication materials to maintain high level of brand awareness (website, social medias, printing, collaterals, press, public relationship, TV and other media)
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by Shop Manager

Requirements

  • University degree in Sales or Marketing, or equivalent
  • At least 3 years’ experience as a manager in a retail outlet, preferably a furniture or home decoration shop
  • Dynamic, flexible and polite with good presentation and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and customer management skills
  • Computer proficiency: MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, and email
  • Good level of English both spoken and written

Marketing Officer

Descriptions

The Marketing Officer will be in charge of all the texts and visual materials produced for marketing and communication purposes for the four divisions under Maxk Group.

  • Perform sale with online channels and social network
  • Manage advertising on Social Network
  • Respond client’s inquiry on social network
  • Promote product on instance message like WeChat, Telegram, Viber…
  • Prepare social network report and insight
  • Listing & updating products on various sales channels
  • Work with Graphic Design Team for design concept
  • Perform marketing department support tasks

Requirements

  • BA in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 02 years of relevant experience – in event organizing is an advantage. Also if got experience (study and working) at abroad is top priority.   
  • Good knowledge or experience in online sale / social media marketing
  • Good written and spoken communication in Khmer and fair English
  • Good Communication in team and Client
  • Can use computer Office Program like Word and Excel
  • Willing to Learner new product
  • Familiar with online platform and social media

Admin-Accountant

Descriptions

  • Perform daily quotation, delivery order, invoice and Purchase Order posting
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report of invoice, collection, payment, sales  report, cash book, petty cash & stock report
  • Follow up customer for collection and Receive and verify cash collection
  • Prepare payment for Suppliers
  • Update petty cash
  • Control of petty cash and propose for re-imbursement
  • Reconcile the actual cash amount with total cash balances recorded in the book
  • Perform balance customer and vendor reconciliation
  • Follow up shipment with supplier and forwarder
  • Prepare monthly Tax declaration (This includes VAT, Salary Tax, Withholding Tax, Profit Tax and others)
  • Posting document and review all daily posting into accounting system
  • Assist in ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close
  • Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures
  • Perform and ensure document are properly filed and managed

Requirements

  •  Bachelor’s degree in finance and banking, accounting, or related field.
  • At least two-year experience in account and finance file

Depot field support officer

Descriptions

  • Collect depot information from depot sales team
  • Call and follow up after salesperson met with depot
  • Checks for issues
  • Sell to depot
  • Help prepare and ship orders
  •  Be able to travel to province as needed
  • Prepare daily and weekly sales information report to the management
  • Support other tasks assigned by management team

Requirements

  • At least high school education
  • At least 01 yeas year of sale activities or related experience.
  • Be able to work under pressure in a fast pace moverment,punctual and honest
  • Computer proficiency: MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, Email, Social Media is a plus.
  • Good level of English both speaking and writing and other languages are encouraged.
  • Driver's license a plus

Warehouse Supervisor

Descriptions

  • Greet Managing daily stock
  • Receive and prepare stock
  • Make summary lists for stock movement, stock variation and stock balance. 
  • Perform physical stock count every month and close stock at the end of the month
  • Monitor transferred stock to warehouse
  • Prepare daily / weekly/ monthly Stock report
  • Arrange and deliver products to customer
  • Handle all materials in stock properly and quality safety
  • Ensure all products in stock properly arranged order, monitored and counted

  • Perform and ensure document are properly filed and managed 
  • Other tasks assigned by Manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree of Business Administration or relevant
  • At least 1 year’ experience in Stock control, inventory or warehouse management
  • Experiences in Light/Electricity Equipment or construction material is a plus
  • Friendly, hardworking and flexible

Graphic Designer

Descriptions

  • Develop advertising graphic materials.
  • Design artwork of company, vacancy, logo, and other marketing material as required.
  • Responsible for designing various of project such as websites, advertising, books, magazines, posters, product packaging, exhibitions and displays, corporate communications, and corporate identity.
  • Illustrate concept by designing rough layout of artwork, copy arrangement, size, type size, style, and related aesthetic concepts
  • Work with a wide range of media, including photography and computer aided design (CAD)
  • Quality control for printing and production of any advertising materials
  • Manage, edit, and update info company Facebook & Website
  • Create designs, concepts, sample layouts and packaging
  • Produce and animate graphics 
  • Handle social media advertising
  • Propose new concept / idea to manager
  • Regular meet manager to discuss about the business objective and requirements job

Requirements

  • Graduated degree related to graphic design and interior/architect is a plus
  • Minimum of 3 years professional experience in graphic design / advertising
  • Able to creatively produce design concept for variety of field such as architecture / interior design, home decoration, lighting products
  • Experience in printing & production is a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw in design

Sales Consultant

Descriptions
