Site Engineer

Descriptions

Scope of working:

  • Site Engineer is reporting directly to site manager/Construction Management Director and supervision day to day operation of site work.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with site engineer of contractor and/or sub-contractor to ensure that work is being carried out as per design/specification/or planning
  • Interact with project manager for clarification in architectural, conducting regular job site inspections, assist in the quality and safety audit
  • Identify and highlight possible risk on project
  • Accurately inventorying construction material
  • Coordination for verification of extra claims raise by direct manager;
  • Other tasks assigned by manager.

Requirements

Qualification & Requirement:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering and other equivalent degree;
  • Fresh graduated or 1 year of work experience in similar position;
  • Be able to structural with useful application (2D & 3D);
  • Be able to calculate steel and cement for construction job;
  • Be able to manage workers at the assign site;
  • Strong construction knowledge and ability to control the quality and cost;
  • Good oral and written English and Khmer communication skills;
  • Good negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, and problem solving skills;
  • Be friendly, flexible, honestly, hard-working, and be able to work under the pressure.

Working Days and Hours:

  • Monday to Saturday: 7:00am to 11:00am & 1:00pm to 5:00pm
  • Lunch time: 11:00am to 1:00pm

Working place:

  • Site Engineer is based in Site/Branch of Borey Peng Huoth, the department of construction.

Relationship:

  • Site Engineer works under supervision & report directly to Site Manager.

Research and Technical Evaluation Engineer

Descriptions

Scope of working:

  • Check and inspect engineering work base on standard, Accuracy and on time.

Duties & responsibilities:

  • Prepare daily work schedule
  • Inspect on engineering work base on assign projects
  • Evaluate and training on new engineering policy
  • Prepare inspected result for superior
  • Prepare weekly and monthly report
  • Other task which was assigned

Requirements

Qualification & requirement:

  • Bachelor degree or under graduated in Civil Engineering
  • Experience as site inspect or site engineer
  • Computer literacy especially MS Office
  • Good oral and written in English

Quantity Surveyor

Descriptions

Scope of working:

  • Quantity Surveyor is responsible for both the outline and detailed estimate of the project cost and or a particular element thereof, based on drawings issued by the Design Department. Moreover, they will  liaise with both the Design Department and the Construction Team that estimates (Barem’s) are being issued and released in line with the project “Barem” schedule.

Duties & responsibilities:

  • Able to prepare OME (Order of Magnitude Estimate) based on the drawings issued by the Design Department.
  • Prepare the  detailed MTO’s (quantity take‐off) from drawings issued by the Design Department.
  • Ensure the MTO’s is built up methodically, in sufficient detail and in accordance with good estimating practice.
  • Able to assess cost affects when changes to the project occur; delays, variations and change orders.
  • Able to prepare a statement of final account (records the actual cost of all sections of the project).
  • Other tasks assign by Manager.

Requirements

Qualification & Requirement

  • Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or other relevant field;
  • Practical / hands‐on experience in Quantity Surveying / Estimating of EPC building projects
  • Extensive knowledge of ACAD, REVIT & MS‐Office.
  • Good interpretation and understanding of each project scope & estimation with respect to execution of project;
  • Good in speaking and writing both English and Khmer;
  • Self‐directed and highly‐motivated;
  • Able to work in a fast‐paced and deadline‐driven environment;
  • Detail‐oriented, dependable and trustworthy;
  • Able to work under pressure and within tight working schedules.

Working Days and Hours:

Procurement Supervisor

Descriptions

Scope of working:

  • Procurement Supervisor: is responsible in controlling purchasing activity to get the best quality equipment, at the most competitive prices.

Duties & responsibilities:

  • Maintain records of goods, ordered and received;
  • Locate vendors of materials, equipment or supplies, and interview them in order to determine product availability and terms of sales;
  • Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment;
  • Control purchasing department budgets;
  • Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy;
  • Analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability;
  • Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures;
  • Participate in the development of specifications for equipment, products or substitute materials;
  • Other tasks assigned by Superior.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting or related field;

Scope of working:

  • Procurement Officer:  is responsible for procurement transaction, negotiating with supplier or vendor.

Duties & responsibilities:

  • Resolve vendor or contractor grievances, and claims against suppliers;
  • Represent company in negotiating contracts and formulating policies with suppliers;
  • Review, evaluate, and approve specifications for issuing and awarding bids;
  • Direct and coordinate activities of personnel engaged in buying, selling, and distributing materials, equipment, machinery, and supplies;

Planning Engineer

Descriptions

Scope of working:

  • Planning engineer is responsible for  determine and develop the most suitable and economically viable construction and engineering methods for projects and estimate a timescale for a project and to ensure that the outlined deadlines are met.

Duties & responsibilities:

  • Prepare construction schedule and procurement schedules.
  • Selecting the appropriate techniques and sequence of events for a particular project
  • Analyzing construction sites and local environments to determine appropriate logistics solutions and resources
  • Monitoring progress throughout the construction process and comparing this with the projected schedule of work
  • Prepare Monthly Cost Report for all projects.

Performance Management Officer

Descriptions

Scope of working:

  • Performance Management Officer:  is responsible in staff evaluation and bonus calculation, develop and coordinate policies and strategies for the development of performance indicator.

Duties & responsibilities:

  • Analyze performance evaluation to address the concern and recommended PIP (Performance improvement Plan);
  • Contribute to Probation evaluation by maintaining employee’s probation master list as well as other information with all relevant department;
  • Contribute to all reward and recognition practices;
  • Contribute to LEO (Leave Early Overtime) report and LWN (Leave Without Notification);
  • Involve in calculation bonus and other commission in accordance to the policy and procedures;
  • Involve in exit interview, maintain master list and other clearance;
  • Other tasks assigned by Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master degree in business administration or other relevant fields;
  • At least 1 year of working experience;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Financial Software;
