Announcement Positions

Order & Billing Officer

Descriptions

  • Answer and redirect inbound calls on all lines. Check voice messages. Respond to inbound customer inquiries for information such as ship dates, or other existing order questions.
  • Track packages for customer call-ins. possibly print and fax delivery confirmations. Quote transportation charges for customers and sales reps.
  •  Make outbound calls to obtain authorizations to proceed with orders to customers and to resolve order issues to customer satisfaction.
  • Enter, proof, and make all orders live. Fax orders for approval. Involves understanding and using accounting software in concert with contact management software to ensure accuracy of orders.
  • Maintain superior level of accuracy while doing any work, particularly involving order management.
  • Communicate with sales staff to verify all information is correct and clear up any missing information or inconsistencies on orders.
  • Print and analyze open order report approx. daily. Inform sales reps when a follow-up is needed with a customer to get approval on an order. Including re-faxing orders to customers and calling house accounts for approval.
  • Acquire knowledge of customer base for all companies. Understand and be able to use correct catalogs to complete orders and answer customer questions.
  • Provide back-up support to office manager and graphics personnel as needed. Sales manager may also ask for assistance.
  • Send literature as requested by customers or sales reps using current catalog request system. Including printing and updating literature for sales reps
  •  Maintain file systems and daily filing tasks for all orders.
  • Maintain office equipment. Example: fill printers with paper and toner, un-jam printers, etc.
  • Update transportation book with daily transportation logs.

Store Supervisor

Descriptions

  •  Arrange team to unloading container by proper safety standard
  •  Receive Packaging/ Raw material to stock in system BPCS
  • Develop stock layout in order to stock Raw material/ Packaging properly
  •  And easy for accessing, consuming less space.
  •  Arrange shopping RM/PK from location and Issue to production by shop order
  • Doing Issue, Transfer and Return RM/PK in BPCS
  •  To keep clean tidy in storage area

Project Sale Engineer

Descriptions

·         Demonstrate technical competence on all products/solutions within area of focus.

·         Meet/exceed position objectives as established by Sales leadership

·         Be responsible for project identification and gaining specifications for paints solutions

·         Be innovative to drive sales volume and achieve annual and monthly target

·         Find new customers or new projects: Architecture, Design, Applicator, Contractors and Construction companies.

·         Follow up and push on payment collections and monitor credit limits

Requirements

·         Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or relate field

·         Experience: At least 2 years’ experience in Project sale engineer

Retail Sales Executive

Descriptions

  • Responsible for the Retail Net Sales and sales growth rates for the responsible area;
  • Responsible the number of TOA Retailers to have a strong coverage of the Retailer Universe;
  • Responsible to deliver the Active Customer Ratio;
  • Responsible to deliver the “Shop Share” targets;
  • Responsible for the “Go-To- Market” tools, “Trade Promotions” and “Consumer Promotions”, “Store Branding” executions and “Sell-Out” activations;

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor/Master Degree in Commerce or Business Administration;

  • Plan and implement SHE policies and program
