We are focus on FMCG distribution and the sole distributor for SCJohnson, LION, NCP and others products in Cambodia, e.g.  market leader brands like Raid, Glades, Shokubutsu, Kodomo, Ovaltine, Fitne, Net, Seagull etc. In order to meet the growing demand and business expansion, we are looking for suitable and qualified candidates to fulfil the following position.

Announcement Positions

National Sales Manager

Descriptions

Reports to: GM

Duties: 

1. Plan and Implement sale target by channel, sub channel, and salesperson : 

  • Base on yearly target by VP
  • Assign to sale channels
  • Review and evaluate monthly
  • Align revenue with annual business goal

2. Build and maintain distribution system:

  • Base on coverage target by VP
  • Assign to sale staff
  • Align coverage to deliver sale target

3. Active outlet : 

  • Base on hit rate target by VP
  • Monitor to productivity rate of salesmen
  • Sell relationship with market

4. Manpower :

  • Enough resources to deliver business goals

5. Days On Hand Inventory : 

  • Forecast sales rolling 3 months
  • Identify and action plan on dead stocks
  • Identify and action plan on high holding stocks
  • Accuracy of forecasts

6. Credit Limit :

  • Manage extension on credit limit
  • Control on risk of cash flow

Requirements

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

1 Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Business Management or Economics preferred)

2. Experience: Minimum at least 05-07 years’ experience in sales management position preferably in FMCG.

3. Technical skills:

  • Specialty knowledge:

           - Planning and implementing sale goals

           - Build and manage distribution system

           - Lead an effective sale team

Area Sales Manager

Descriptions

Location: Phnom Penh and Provinces

Reports to: National Sales Manager

Duties:

  • Oversee all key channel sales under assigned territory.
  • On-job training and supervise the functional expertise subordinates.
  • Pricing management all key in charge sales channels and trade promotion implementation in line with trade and brand guideline.
  • Work on sales and distribution cost, and recommending for the best practice to create more margins for all product  SKUs sales.
  • Ensuring to deliver result as per setting target and in line with trade and brand marketing.
  • Prepare on step ahead of work plan for sales distribution team to perform better benchmarking with competitors.
  • Lead team to implement and execute sales strategy in the Market.
  • Providing the activity report on weekly & monthly basis.
  • Cooperate with Marketing Team to build branding and marketing activity.

Requirements

1. Education:

  • Bachelor degree in Sales and Marketing, or relevant field;

2. Experience:

  • 3 years experiences supervise team with FMCG experiences
  • Experience in creating and designing the distribution model in FMCG Company;
  • Experience set up KPIs to each individual team.

3. Technical skills:

  • Good team player and advisory skills, motivation skills;
  • Willing to work hard, work individually and team;
  • Good in Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet email;
  • Good comment in English, Thai is a plus;

HR Officer

Descriptions

Reports to: Human Resources Manager

Position description

  • Responsible for keeping track on staff’s attendance and leaves.
  • Responsible for processing documents for payroll
  • Responsible for placing the staff’s personnel profiles
  • Responsible for dealing staff’s issues regarding the salary

Duties : 

  • Record staff’s attendances, leaves, OT and missions.
  • Process documents for probation reports
  • Prepare staff’s profiles
  • Process the Bank account for staff
  • Process company’s phone number for staff
  • Process documents for staff’s transfer and promotion
  • Process the documents for the resigned staff
  • Bring new staff to set finger print
  • Control staff’s uniform
  • Make company ID card
  • Standby when receptionist take leave
  • Other tasks assigned by HR Manager

Requirements

1. Education:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Business Admin and HR Management preferred)

2. Experience:

  • Minimum 1-2 years experiences in handling HR system and payroll process.

3. Technical skills:

  • Ability to discuss professional HR issues in English.
  • Make full use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Friendliness toward to all employees and managements
  • Good at communication
  • Can complete work under deadline without follow-up (work independently).
  • Can work well with team & open mind.

Warehouse Assistant

Descriptions

Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor

Position description

  • Assist to manage, maintain, prevent, and organize stock in warehouse​
  • Assist to communicate and solves problems with teamwork about stocks
  • Assist to communicate with delivery team (Inside and Outside) and sale team
  • Assist to communicate with account team and supply chain team

Duties:

  • Arrange and open stock for delivery team/truck sale/SDs
  • Control and check stock with invoice before delivery out, correctly
  • Control over the document of goods received with transporter
  • Prepare and organise stock by process FIFO (First In-First Out)
  • Check stock damage in warehouse which cause by some activities
  • Arrange staffs to random check stock compare to system
  • Control and check stock received from transporter, correctly
  • Control, maintain, prevent, and organise stock in warehouse

Requirements

1. Education:

  • At least University student;

2. Experience:

  • 1 years’ experience administrative or sales admin receivable is a plus;

3. Technical skills:

  • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills;
  • Be calm and professional in handling all issues;
  • Integrity, high commitment and customer-oriented skill;
  • Be able communicate in English and Khmer;
  • Understand how to use systematical such as SAP system;
  • Be able to use Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Advance Excel)

Warehouse Admin (SAP Key User)

Descriptions

Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor

Position description : 

  • Responsible for managing transactions of goods receipt and goods deliver by system SAP
  • Assist to manage, maintain, prevent, and organize stock in warehouse​
  • Assist to communicate and solves problems with teamwork about stocks
  • Assist to communicate with delivery team (Inside and Outside) and sale team
  • Ability to communicate with account team and supply chain team

Duties : 

  • Responsible to check when stock received from transport and do goods receipt into system
  • Check stocks actual with invoice, before open stock to delivery team
  • Do delivery note for stock will deliver to provinces
  • Control all documents which related to transactions of stock in and out
  • Random checking stock on hand compare to stock in system SAP by weekly, if have lost or over stock.
  • Other tasks assigned by manager

Requirements

1. Education:

  • At least University student;

2. Experience:

  • 1 years’ experience administrative or sales admin receivable is a plus;

3. Technical skills:
