Duties and Responsibilities
Drive the Premier Banking strategic development and event planning.
Build and grow a team of service and performance oriented premier relationship managers
Build and deliver a comprehensive customer value proposition to address the needs of the mass affluent segments
Strong focus on Business Development and Client/Asset gathering, maintenance of existing client book
Frequently represents the company in the High Net Worth community; actively develops relationships with business owners, company executive level, etc. and build a network of prospective High Net
Conduct user and market research to understand the market position in terms of customer needs, competitors’ products and pricing.
Initiate Premier Banking value proposition for Affluent customers.
Define the strategy for driving the commercialization of the Premier propositions with particular focus on Wealth Management.
Identify trends in errors and omissions resulting from routine transactions and proactively mitigate/change processes
Further, support the growth and increase the Premier Banking customer base.
Improve on Premier banking product innovation.
Attend to any other ad hoc assignments from time to time
Skills and Specification
Degree in finance, marketing, business or related field of study
At least 5-10 year experience in sales and service function with strong understanding of the premier Banking business
Minimum Bachelor Degree
Good experience in people management
Good organizational and time management skills
Articulate with strong presentation and communication skills both spoken and written
Strong Relationship Management capabilities with sound sales and negotiation skills
Meet or exceed individual and team based financial targets
Fluency in English
